• Lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders to identify and document requirements and define the project scope, subject to sign‑off.
• Act as consultant, coordinator, and liaison during the development/configuration build stage to ensure fitness for purpose.
• Prepare test plans and conduct Systems Integration Testing (SIT), reporting to professional quality standards and ensuring end‑to‑end data exchanges function correctly.
• Support the user community during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support preparation of the solution for live operation.
