Take the lead as Electrical Maintenance Coordinator at Amrize North America, overseeing electrical reliability initiatives. Drive plant maintenance efficiency and safety to new heights.
In this role, you will develop and implement maintenance strategies for electrical and automation equipment. You will manage both day-to-day activities and significant shutdowns, ensuring they are executed efficiently using both internal and contracted resources. Your analysis skills will be crucial in identifying spare parts and scheduling necessary corrective actions to improve plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of maintenance programs for installations
• Ensure execution of maintenance plans during shutdowns
• Use FMEA and RCA to improve spare parts inventory
• Schedule corrective actions for minimizing downtime
• Support budget management for maintenance costs
