AMPD Motion Media Studio Technology Coordinator

Purpose:
Reporting to the manager and working under the direction of the York U Motion Media Studio (MMS) faculty director, the York University Motion Media Studio Technology Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of daily technical and studio operations, by providing service, coordination, monitoring, and technical expertise ( Film Production, Virtual Production, Post-Production). This includes the operation and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure related to the soundstages and studios, including its events, programming, academic activities, research activities, industry partnerships, and community outreach initiatives. MMS is located at the Cinespace Film Studios at Kipling Avenue, Etobicoke.

Education:


Experience:
Two years related experience in film and/or video production in a technical capacity ( lighting, grip).
