Oscilar is building an advanced AI Risk Decisioning Platform. Banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations rely on Oscilar to manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk using the power of AI.
Responsibilities
- Act as the domain expert on sales calls to drive adoption with compliance officers and BSA officers
- Define good behavior for AML AI agents, including SAR narrative generation and alert triage
- Provide practitioner-level advisory during customer implementation calls, QBRs, and technical deep dives
- Feed field insights back to the product team to shape the roadmap based on real-world typologies and workflow constraints
Requirements
- Extensive career experience in AML (Analyst, Investigator, Case Manager, or Manager)
- Hands‑on experience working a case queue and personally writing or reviewing SARs/STRs
