Huntsman is seeking a highly skilled Americas Payroll Team Lead supporting the United States of America and other countries within the region from our GBS site in Costa Rica. This position will report to Regional Payroll Manager.

In summary, as the Team Lead, you will the following responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Operations Management (50%)

  • Lead and mentor a regional payroll team, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Lead Year-End and Quarter-End activities.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations (excluding input collection and accounting activities) and customer service delivery for payroll queries and requests.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency within payroll workflows.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for payroll issues within the region.
