Become an American Sign Language Interpreter at Evergreen School Division in Arborg. This role supports DHH students by facilitating communication in class and assisting in program delivery.
The temporary position starts September 2, 2025, and will continue through June 30, 2026, at Arborg Early Middle School. You will utilize your fluency in ASL to convey spoken messages and assist students in academic interactions. Collaborating with teachers, you’ll enhance student participation while supporting individualized learning goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sign all spoken messages and voice signed communication
• Facilitate direct communication between students and teachers
• Assist students in composing written answers under guidance
• Implement goals outlined in Student Specific Plans
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school functions
