AMEA Commercial Capability Leader

Bacardi is seeking a senior Commercial Capability leader to drive the AMEA PEAK agenda across 25+ markets, translating strategy into frontline behaviour and building a scalable capability ecosystem that boosts volume, share and consumer engagement.

You will lead cross‑functional partnerships with Market GMs, HR and Directors to embed standards of excellence and drive a data‑driven, results‑oriented culture across AMEA.
