Job Description
1. Initial Capex creation,
2. Lead a group of manufacturing engineers engaged in developing integration of manufacturing processes, equipment/tooling alternatives, sequence and flow of operations for the effective utilization of personnel, material, machines and facilities necessary to produce the best vehicle seat covers in the market.
3.To provide support to the plants during new program launches and complex engineering changes implementation.
4.Identify equipment needs and assist in the production process development.
5.Participate and support the prototype production requirements.
Work with Operations, Quality & Product Engineering personnel to prevent, identify, and fix all manufacturing related issues.
6.During the prototype phase, recommend solutions for all issues identified during the builds, and assist in the implementation of those recommended solutions into the production process.
