Support the eCommerce team in ensuring strong operational execution, data‑driven decision making, and best‑in‑class digital shelf presence across key online platforms such as Amazon.

Main Responsibilities

• Support fulfillment activities by tracking forecast accuracy, monitoring inventory health, and identifying potential out‑of‑stock risks or purchase order issues.
• Assist in back‑office processes including deal management, rebate handling, invoice reconciliation, and chargeback or dispute recovery workflows.
• Help maintain catalogue accuracy, product content quality, and Buy Box performance across key online SKUs.
