CyberCX NZ Ltd is seeking an Amazon Connect Specialist to deploy and optimise CX solutions for clients across New Zealand. You will design, document, and deliver Amazon Connect deployments, and collaborate with DevOps and Product teams to implement new features and integrations.

You will lead customer workshops, define roadmaps, and upskill client teams on completed implementations while supporting pre-sales with technical guidance.
