RMIT is seeking an Alumni Intelligence & CRM Specialist to strengthen alumni engagement through strategic relationship management and data-driven insights. The role is responsible for building and maintaining key alumni and industry partnerships across Southeast Asia and RMIT’s global network, while leading alumni data management and CRM innovation to deliver actionable insights that support engagement, collaboration, and the University’s strategic priorities.
