Job Summary
The Alumni Affairs Specialist position for Alumni affairs is primarily responsible for the maintenance and update of alumni, friends, and parent data within the Constituent Relations Management (CRM) database. This position will also work under the guidance of the Alumni Membership Coordinator and the Director of Alumni for implementing sound data integrity processes that benefit the Office of Alumni Affairs, the Office of Development and the University as a whole.Duties and Responsibilities:· Work in conjunction with the Membership Coordinator to accurately maintain the database of alumni and friends on computer system.· Add new alumni, friends, and parents to the CRM from information obtained from Troy University or individuals and through other sources of research as required.· Input biographic, address, and academic information obtained from Troy University or individuals and through other sources of research as required.· Maintain app...
