Job Description
**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
Grinder B is a basic grinder. They are responsible for a basic grind before, in between and after lamination removing any imperfections.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Basic grinding on boat
+ Must be able to follow tool maintenance
+ Ability to work alone when needed
+ Housekeeping
+ ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
**_EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:_**
+ Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ Certificate(s) or License(s): None
+ Years of experience: None
**_KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:_**
+ Must be able to climb a ladder
+ Must be able to use both hands
+ Must be able to wear a respirator or dust mask
**_TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:_**

**_PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:_**
Regularly walks and stands.
Occasionally lifts up to 50lbs.
