**Serco is seeking an Alternate Program Manager to support the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program upon contract award.**
The Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) initiative is the Army’s investment in Soldier Readiness. The H2F Alternate Program Manager (APM) reports to the Program Manager (PM) and together with the PM is responsible for the contract’s overall performance, achieving performance standards, workforce management, customer satisfaction, contract compliance, and quality control.
