+ Proactively maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
+ Inspect and clean castings prior to assembly to ensure components meet quality standards.
+ Install precision parts on machined castings, including units, ball screws, and linear guides.
+ Verify the parallelism and alignment of linear guides and ball screws to meet specification requirements.
+ Install precision units onto machine tools, ensuring correct fit and function.
+ Use precision measuring instruments to check and validate the geometry of the machine tool.
+ Operate an overhead crane to safely install heavy components onto the machine tool.
