Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Alibaba B2B account operations, including product listings, pricing updates, and content optimization to enhance visibility.
- Handle buyer inquiries, lead generation, follow-ups, and negotiations, especially for international markets like USA, UK, Europe, Middle East
- Ensure account compliance with Alibaba standards for verified suppliers, monitor performance metrics, and generate sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, order processing, logistics, and strategies to boost conversions and response rates.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years in Alibaba B2B sales or account management, with expertise in seller tools, verified account management, Listing optimization.
