Airport Facilities Help Desk Coordinator

SupportFinity™ is seeking a Help Desk Officer to act as the primary contact for facilities faults at the airport. You will coordinate between airport operations and FM maintenance, handling calls, emails and tickets, verifying information, and delivering timely, accurate responses using Maximo and approved tools.

You will follow SOPs, support safety standards, and assist with incident response, fault verification and reporting.
