Accor is partnering with a leading airline to manage lounge operations at Changi Airport. The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in daily kitchen management, ensuring recipes, presentation, and standards are consistently met while supervising staff and maintaining hygiene and safety protocols.
The role involves leading the team, overseeing inventory, and training junior staff to maintain a positive, productive kitchen culture. Flexibility to work shifts is required.
