Job Summary
The Aircraft Servicer performs critical Transient Alert (TA) services, aircraft ground handling, and minor airfield maintenance at Fort Campbell, KY. Operating in a high-tempo, 24/7 military airfield environment, the Aircraft Servicer ensures the safe, efficient, and timely arrival, servicing, and departure of transient military and civilian aircraft. All duties must be performed in strict compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Army Regulations (such as AR 95-2), and local Airfield Operations Manuals (AOM).
Key Responsibilities
1. Aircraft Arrival, Marshalling, and Departure Services
+ Direct Ground Movement : Meet all incoming transient aircraft within five (5) minutes of notification. Safely escort aircraft to designated parking areas using Follow-Me vehicles and direct aircrews using standardized FAA/military aviation hand and arm signals.
+ Securing & Mooring : Immediately install wheel chocks...
