Work Location: North

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm

• Project Management Support:
  • Update Gantt charts, milestones, and critical tasks.
  • Review project estimates and part statuses critical for the project.
  • Raise service orders in the SAP system for defects and work arising and update the work scope.
  • Monitor planned vs. actual hours for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with aircraft leads to justifying additional hours for customer approval.
• Customer and Meeting Coordination:
  • Escort customers and book customer meeting rooms.
  • Coordinate projects from initiation to closure, ensuring efficient and satisfactory completion.
  • Support internal discussions and meetings related to projects.
  • Assist with relevant customer support issues and ensure their closure.
