Main objective of role

To train in the role of Aircraft Mechanic, gaining the experience and qualifications necessary to work independently, by carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the flydubai fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures that practical task training is completed as directed by flydubai certifying staff, in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Ensures that continuous improvement is achieved in ability to complete maintenance tasks and task administration/paperwork.
• To maintain and update periodically the log of their engineer's practical training and task completion, to support application to hold the required levels of company authorization.
• To maintain currency of mandatory training requirements necessary to safely engage in maintenance activities.
• Ensures that all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and Health and Safety legislation.
