Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Edmonton

Position Summary

Seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to perform safe and efficient daily maintenance on WestJet’s fleet of Boeing 787, 737 NG, 737 MAX, and De Havilland Dash 8‑400 (Q400) aircraft. The engineer will troubleshoot technical issues, uphold the highest safety standards, and work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventative and corrective maintenance on assigned aircraft.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural faults and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan and schedule maintenance activities.
• Support AOG and rescue‑trip operations as required.
