This full-time, permanent position is pivotal in shaping the Future Aircrew Training Program with SkyAlyne. You will oversee AES Op candidates, ensuring they receive high-quality instruction and support. Collaborating in training development and transition phases is essential to maintaining excellence within the program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Flight Instructor Course (FIC) to AES Op candidates
• Oversee instructional practices for AES Op students
• Engage in Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E)
• Support courseware development and program improvements
• Handle administrative duties associated with training
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of AES Op QFI instructional experience
