Air Freight Operations Lead — Team & KPI Champion

Align Recruitment is seeking an Air Freight Manager in Singapore for a client in the PVH group. The role oversees the Airfreight Import Customer Service team and daily import operations, ensuring billing, documentation and carrier coordination meet standards.

You will manage 15–18 staff, drive KPI improvements, and coordinate with Customs and other departments to ensure smooth import shipments. The position is based at Alps Ave near Changi Airport.
