Job Description
- Lead and develop the AFR Import team ensuring high performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Drive P&L performance and Gross Profit growth while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure excellent customer service through proactive shipment management, visibility, reporting, and resolution of operational issues.
- Manage customer retention and support business growth through strong customer relationships, quotations, and operational excellence.
- Monitor and drive achievement of operational and financial KPIs, ensuring compliance with global and local standards.
- Ensure accurate billing, file accounting, accruals, and revenue recognition in line with established financial processes.
