Purpose of the role:
The successful candidate will lead the performance management of 3rd party air conditioning contractors to ensure service standards, statutory compliance, and agreed contractual obligations are consistently delivered across the estate. They will also own supplier relationships to drive improvement in contractor performance, service quality, and compliance, while identifying opportunities to reduce cost, improve value, and enhance the reliability and lifecycle performance of A/C assets.
