Job Description
As an Air Cargo Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of international air cargo shipments while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end air import and export shipments with airlines, logistics partners, and customers.
- Plan, book, monitor, and track shipments to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement.
- Manage import/export documentation, customs permit declarations and ensure compliance with Singapore Customs and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely updates and effective logistics solutions.
- Liaise with airlines, terminals, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless daily operations.
