Job Description
Drive business transformation as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at American Iron & Metal Company (AIM). In this pivotal role, you'll optimize key financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
As part of the Continuous Improvement team within the Finance Department, you'll report to the CI Manager. Your focus will involve analyzing current processes, implementing targeted solutions, and designing scalable future-state processes. You will leverage your expertise in finance transformation to support the company's overarching strategies and facilitate collaboration across departments.
