AI adoption is accelerating across Neuberger, and we're looking for a dynamic, AI Training and Enablement professional to help the firm harness it well. In this role, you'll drive firmwide upskilling — helping every employee, across every function, get comfortable and confident using our AI tools effectively.
You'll lead how employees learn to work with NB-GPT (Neuberger's internal AI tool, built on Anthropic and OpenAI LLMs), Claude Enterprise (including Cowork), Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other tools across our environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves learning new AI too...
