Role Overview
As the AI Systems & Automation Strategist, you will be the primary architect of Savvital’s internal operating system. This is a high-impact, builder role focused on transforming a modern legal services company into a scalable, AI-powered organization. You will design, build, and deploy automated workflows that directly enhance client experience, attorney productivity, and firm growth.
Essential Functions
- System Architecture: Design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems rapidly across the Actionstep (CRM), Microsoft 365, and QuickBooks ecosystems.
- Operational Transformation: Identify and eliminate inefficiencies by designing end-to-end workflows (Intake - Drafting - Signing - Funding).
- Technical Integration: Utilize APIs, low-code/no-code tools (Zapier, Make), and custom scripting to connect disparate platforms.
