AI Software Engineer: Agentic AI & LLM Production

Avaloq is seeking a highly skilled AI Software Engineer to join its AI innovation lab in Zurich. You will lead AI experiments and bring Agentic solutions from ideation to production, impacting Back-to-Front Office experiences in the banking domain.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop prompts, manage multi-Agent architectures, deploy LLM-based systems, and optimize for performance and cost while staying abreast of AI research and regulatory developments.
