Enhance customer experiences as an AI Quality Specialist with Super.com. Own the quality evaluation of AI interactions across chat and voice to ensure effective support.
This role focuses on the detailed quality assurance of AI Agents in customer support. You will evaluate interactions, identify trends impacting customer satisfaction (CSAT), and improve conversation designs. Collaborating with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams, you will ensure AI Agents provide accurate and consistent resolutions while enhancing customer trust and improving performance metrics.
