About the role
We're looking for an AI Product Analyst to help us improve Donna by turning customer conversations and product data into actionable insights.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success, identifying recurring patterns, improving our AI workflows, and helping shape the future of our product. Rather than responding to support tickets, you'll focus on understanding why users struggle and how we can solve those problems at scale.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in AI, SaaS and Product.
What you'll do
- Analyse customer conversations, support data and product usage.
- Identify trends and translate them into recommendations for Product, Engineering and Customer Success.
- Help improve our internal AI tools and automation.
