AI Operations & Business Transformation Manager

We are hiring an AI Operations & Business Transformation Manager to lead our Finance Ops and Legal Ops Automation Initiative.

This is a high-impact role focused on driving operational excellence through automation and AI. You will design and implement scalable AI-enabled workflows, dashboards, trackers, and governance systems to replace manual processes across Finance, Legal, HR, and Leadership functions.

You will work directly with the COO to reduce operational friction, improve efficiency, accountability, and visibility, while freeing up leadership bandwidth for strategic initiatives.
