The Role:
General Motors is seeking an AI & Integration Systems Engineering Manager - HRISto lead a team responsible for enterprise applications, platform capabilities, and intelligent workflows across cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments supporting Finance, Human Resources, and Corporate Systems. This role combines people leadership and technical leadership to drive modernization, improve delivery, and introduce AI-enabled capabilities in practical, secure, and responsible ways.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers and technical leads.
Drive delivery across the software development lifecycle, from planning through production support.
