Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with third‑party technology partners to co‑develop and deliver AI‑driven proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) demonstrating leading‑edge innovation.
2. Conduct hands‑on R&D, including AI development, prototyping, and technical experimentation.
3. Integrate partner technologies with internal AI systems to validate feasibility and performance.
4. Iterate rapidly on AI solutions to produce high‑quality, technically rigorous POC outcomes.

Job Requirements

1. More than 5 years of experience in AI development, with a solid technical and practical foundation.

2. Prior experience in innovative product exploration and development is strongly preferred.

3. Master’s degree or above in a relevant field; PhD preferred.

4. Experience leading a small team or taking on technical/team lead
