We’re looking for someone who can drive this from both ends — hands‑on implementation and cross‑functional leadership — ensuring our AI initiatives deliver real business value while meeting the regulatory and organizational requirements of the banking sector.
What You’ll Work On
- Identify and evaluate AI use cases across products and internal processes
- Support teams through the full journey from prototype to production—architecture, model selection, prompt design, and integration patterns
- Develop and integrate AI solutions directly into existing products and workflows
- Continuously optimize deployed AI solutions for performance, cost, reliability, and quality
- Provide guidance on data usage, regulatory considerations, and responsible AI practices in a banking context
