AI Engineer — GenAI for Sustainable Impact (Remote/Hybrid)

Clarity AI seeks an AI Engineer to bridge cutting-edge AI developments with tangible product impact. You will enable rapid experimentation, define the product roadmap through proof-of-concept validation, and drive the quality loop from prototype to reliable production features. You will own evaluation suites, optimize RAG and reasoning, and oversee tuning workflows while balancing quality with cost and latency. This role is based in Spain with remote/hybrid work options.
