AI Enablement Architect

Swissquote is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to accelerate AI adoption across its Technology department. You will identify AI opportunities, build an enablement ecosystem, and ensure governance and security standards are met while collaborating with multiple business units.

Reporting to the Head Talent & Methodology, you’ll work with Engineering Managers, CoP, HR, and Product Strategy to scale AI capabilities across Swissquote’s software engineering teams.
