This team is like AI special ops — we are working with all areas of the business to help them create automated solutions to problems.
We're looking for someone to join this team who is excited about finding gaps in the business, validating them with data, and prototyping solutions rapidly with AI.
Responsibilities Build internal tools and customer-facing features on top of LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models) Design and maintain prompt chains, RAG pipelines, and agent workflows Prototype rapidly — often going from idea to working demo in days, not sprints.
Spend as much time with teams learning what’s needed as you do building Wire AI into existing systems (APIs, databases, CRMs, Slack, etc.) Own the full stack of a feature — frontend, backend, model integration, deployment What We’re Looking For You have built...
