Experience Required

2–4 years of relevant practical field experience

Key Responsibilities

• Crop planning and farm management
• Soil preparation and fertility management
• Irrigation and water management
• Crop nutrition and fertilizer scheduling
• Pest and disease monitoring
• Improving crop yield and quality
• Supervision of field operations and farm labour
• Maintaining farm records and preparing progress reports
• Experience with modern farming techniques will be preferred

Qualifications

B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture or relevant degree from a recognized university
