GENERAL FUNCTION:
An Agilist II comes with 0-2+ years of full-time business experience and has some basic experience working on a Scrum or Kanban team or basic understanding of Scrum/Kanban Agile . After receiving the proper mentoring and training in Fifth Third Agile, Scrum and Scrum Mastering, an Agilist II is given an Agile Squad or Squads to support . They will work to ensure their Agile Squad understands and applies all Agile and Scrum values and principles. They will co-create working environments that enable their Agile Squad to form into a high-performing team, delivering sustained business value in an Agile manner .
