Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Austin, TX - fully onsite
Duration: 6-month contract with extension
Client: TxDOT
·Responsible for monitoring the agile processes and meetings related but not limited to the AASTHOWare Project platform and projects. Increases team efficiency, motivates the team, spins, argues for changes that will ensure quality and timeliness. Ensures observance of DoD (Definition of done).
Experience:
·4-7 Years - Agile development tools & practices
·4-7 Years - Experience managing development teams/work
·4-7 Years - Experience writing user stories
·4-7 Years - Experience grooming a working backlog
·4-7 Years - Experience managing business stakeholders through a review/approval process
·4-7 Years - Knowledge of and/or experience with software development, testing, and quality assurance methodologies.
