Agile Scrum Lead: Coach Teams, Accelerate Delivery

Contact Energy Ltd is looking for a Scrum Lead to support Agile squads in our Retail environment on a 6‑month contract. You’ll help keep delivery moving, coach teams, and enable rapid progress through structured ceremonies and clear backlog management.

You’ll work with Product Owners and stakeholders to align delivery, remove blockers, and foster continuous improvement in a fast-paced, evolving setting across our NZ locations.
