We are seeking a passionate and proactive Agile Practitioner to help drive Agile transformation across multiple teams within a complex, fast-paced engineering environment. This is an exciting opportunity to coach, mentor, and facilitate teams on their Agile journey while supporting the delivery of high-value outcomes.
As a Scrum Master and Agile coach, you will play a pivotal role in enabling teams to adopt Agile ways of working, improve delivery performance, and continuously evolve their practices. Working closely with teams, stakeholders, and the wider Agile community, you will help remove impediments, optimise value delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
