Your role, your impact
As an Agile coach, you’ll develop and implement activities that enable team members to develop their skills and improve development processes. Your role as a team coach will be to share your expertise and observations with all team members, ensure that best practices are applied, and maintain cohesion around the overall objective of projects involving multiple teams.
- Act as a coach and mentor to development teams and the management team
- Support Scrum Masters to help them master their role
- Assist teams in applying Agile methodology to projects
- Act as a facilitator by helping to foster communication between the various stakeholders in a project or organization
- Stay at the cutting edge of Agile development practices and promote their use
Keys to your success
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Scrum certification or other relevant certification...
