Responsibilities

Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- High level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with urgent situations.
- Ability to work on‑site in Cali, Unicentro.
- Motivated, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
