Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Provide information about products and services to both new and existing customers.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive customer relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed performance goals, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • High level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with urgent situations.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Cali, Unicentro.
  • Motivated, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
