Job Description
**Documentation**: Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions and update databases.
- **Translation**: Translate documents or interpret conversations for clients, colleagues, or staff.
- **Problem Resolution**: Research and resolve customer service or billing complaints, including issuing refunds or exchanges.
- **Education**: High school diploma or GED equivalent is typically required.
- **Fluency**: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish.
