Agency Analyst (Middle Office) – Private Debt (Mos)

Aether is looking for an Analyst (with at least 2 years of experience) to join its Agency team. In financing transactions, the Agent acts as the intermediary between banks/investors and corporate borrowers. Historically performed in‑house by banks and investment funds, these functions have increasingly been outsourced, contributing to the strong growth of our business. The Agent ensures the proper execution of financing agreements through a range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Administrative responsibilities: managing and monitoring the timely delivery of contractual information obligations (annual financial statements, reporting packages, budgets, covenant certificates, etc.).
• Financial responsibilities: calculating interest and payment instructions, margin adjustments, prepayment penalties, APR calculations, subscription prices, and related matters.
