The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability, delivering exceptional customer service, managing departmental performance, and ensuring operational excellence across all aftersales functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the Service and Parts departments.
* Lead, motivate, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, Workshop Controllers, and Parts personnel.
* Drive departmental profitability through effective labour sales, parts sales, and workshop efficiency.
* Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, retention, productivity, and revenue.
